Eligibility Criteria

1. What qualifies you as a Woman Owned/Woman Led Firm?

• 51% owned by a woman or
• 20% owned by a woman and have one woman as the
  CEO/COO (President/Vice President) and
• have 30% or more than that comprised of woman where a board exist

2. What Makes you a Small and Medium Enterprise?

• Loan size of between US$5,000 and US$1 Million (Loan must not be from
  traditional institution, loan from other sources such as association, cooperatives,
  family loans may be considered)
• Between 5 to 300 Employees
• Sales between $35000 to $15 Million
• Assets between $135000 to $15 Million

3. What sector or industry are highly encouraged?

• Agriculture
• Technology
• Transformation/Manufacturing
• Energy
• Others [given it fits other parameters]

4. Other relevant skills

• Participants are required to have basic computer knowledge
• Be literate [read and write]
• Are comfortable or require little effort with Virtual meeting tools
• Can dedicate at least 8 hours a week to training and other program activities
